All stationery items are proudly printed and produced in Australia to the highest standards.

Bluebelle Studio is committed to providing you with a flawless design process with the utmost attention to detail. If however any errors are made on behalf of Bluebelle Studio they will be reprinted free of charge.

It is the client's responsibility to supply, then check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before signing the authorisation on the final PDF. If errors are found after this sign off, we will have to charge the client for a reprint.

DIGITAL - Approximately 2 weeks from approval to print

WOOD or WHITE INK - Approximately 3 weeks from approval to print

LETTERPRESS, FOILING or LASERCUT - Approximately 4-5 weeks from approval to print

HARDCOVER or EMBELLISHED - Approximately 5-6 weeks from approval to print

CAKE TOPPERS / LASERCUT TAGS - Approximately 2 weeks from approval for production

RUSH SERVICE - Need your invitations in a hurry? 

1 WEEK PRODUCTION (from approval to print) - 40% of total order (not applicable on all printing processes)

2 WEEK PRODUCTION (from approval to print) - 30% of total order (not applicable on all printing processes)

Our standard pricing includes the placement of your wording/images into your chosen theme/layout, plus one set of text amendments at PDF proof stage. Additional amendments will be charged at an hourly rate.

Please note that it is important you send your wording to us as accurate as possible at the initial order stage. Your order's position in our print cue depends on how many changes you require to your artwork and how quick you are on your correspondence back to us.

Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken. Signed/Email approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order.

How do I place an order online?

Step1 - Please browse through our selection of products, check what options you would like for the items you want to purchase. Be sure to order a few extra blanks. (5 - 15 recommended for keepsakes and any people you've forgotten!) Click 'ADD TO CART' 

Step 2 - A new window with invitation details and options will appear if applicable. Proceed to fill out the invitation details such as wording and colours and  'ADD TO CART'. 

Step 3 - You can then either continue to shop or go to cart and check out. Once you check out you can fill out your contact details, select shipping options, redeem coupons and payment.

Step 4 - You will receive a confirmation email of your order and details. Once we have received payment, we process your order (add guest names and your event details etc).

Step 5 - A PDF proof of the text will also be sent to you via email. 1 set of alterations is allowed. Further changes to invitations incur a fee, unless we are at fault (Spelling mistake, not what is specified on order form or stated in an email etc...) For guest names on invitations, please be sure to write the names exactly how you would like them to be seen. Please be sure to check your proof thoroughly as we will not be held accountable for faults after the proofing stage.

Step 6 - Once you have approved your order for print, we will commence production and on its way, sit back and relax!
